A personal site with some experiments on it. Use them, enjoy them, do not rely on them for anything that matters. The details follow.
Legal notice
This site is published by Domen Hribernik, a private individual resident in Slovenia. It is a personal portfolio and is not operated as a registered business, so there is no company number and no VAT identification number to give.

Using the site
Everything here is offered as is and free of charge. The tools, games, calculators, maps and visualisations are personal projects and side experiments. They can be wrong, they can go offline without warning, and they can be changed or deleted at any time. There is no uptime promise and no support obligation.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. In particular the fitness, medication and financial pages are private tools built for one person's own use, and any number you see in them is not a recommendation to anyone about anything.
Please do not attack the site, scrape it into the ground, try to reach other people's data, or use it to store or share anything unlawful. Automated access at a reasonable rate is fine.
Accounts
An account is optional and exists so a handful of tools can save your work. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google sign-in secure.
What you create in those tools stays yours. I do not claim any ownership over it and I do not use it for anything except showing it back to you. You can export it or delete it at any time from the account page, and deletion there is permanent.
I can suspend or remove an account that is being used to attack the site or to store unlawful content. That aside, an account stays until you delete it.
The Everbloom shop is a demonstration
The Everbloom pages are a design exercise showing what a small shop for the flowers project might look like. It does not sell anything. There is no checkout, no payment is ever taken, and the prices shown are illustrative rather than an offer. Joining the waitlist signs you up for one message if the idea is ever built, and nothing else.

The writing, design, photographs and original code on this site are copyright © Domen Hribernik, all rights reserved, unless a page says otherwise next to the thing in question. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome. Republishing a page wholesale, or passing the work off as your own, is not.
The site is built on third party libraries and typefaces that carry their own licences and remain the property of their authors. Data shown in the astronomy, stock market and geolocation pages comes from external sources that keep their own rights over it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I accept no liability for loss or damage arising from using this site or relying on anything it says, including lost data, and I give no warranty that it is accurate, available or fit for any purpose. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer under Slovenian and EU law.
Links to other sites are there because they were useful. What is on them is their business, not mine.
Law and changes
Slovenian law applies, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
These terms may change. The version and date at the top say when they last did.
